WINNERS:

1st Place: Wwichey (Prize: Obtained) I have to admit, her artwork is amazing! The way she added such immense detail to her artwork was absolutely brilliant! She seemed to spend an equal amount of effort in every aspect of her work, creating balance between everything.

2nd Place: Jasmine2AAA (Prize: Obtained) This was very close to winning first place, though the only thing that seperated it really was a single line on Purple's sweater. It just felt a bit out of place in the whole drawing. Other than that, the background, lighting, shading, and practically everything else was awesome!

3rd Place: Gecko998 (Prize: Obtained) This piece simply stunned me. The style itself was a masterpiece on it's own. The leaf background matched very well with the characters. However, I feel like the linework was slightly rushed. Apologies for rushing the date.. (;´∀`)

4th Place: Iridessa556 (Prize: Not Given Yet) I was amazed when I first saw this art, and somehow grew even more surprised to see the edit! The lineart was very smooth. Details were very lovely as well! Shading and lighting were excellent as well. However, I felt like the background of the edit clashed with the art itself, as darker cool colors didn't quite match up with warmer lighter colors.

5th Place: Princessini (Prize: Obtained) This piece was absolutely enchanting to say the least. Firstly, the angle of which they were standing was drastically unique. It was almost as if I were standing where they were myself, the scene was so marvelous. However, the bow was at a strange angle of which it looked like it was more to the deer's left side of the neck than the right.

6th Place: Fairypaw (Prize: Obtained) Purple almost looked like he was trying to catch the snow as it fell. I enjoy how to snow looks like falling stars, as they look slightly similar to the stars actually, which is quite a good thing in my eyes. The shading was great, and it was a great detail to add that made him look like he was literally glowing with happiness. However, the linework on the sweater seemed a bit straight, as when compared to a real-life sweater, the "lines" in the sweater are often more uneven.

7th Place: SteampunkSongbird (Prize: Obtained) I truly admired SteampunkSongbird's determination and outlook in the competition. As I had mentioned earlier, the piece posessed a somewhat calm texture, almost like crystals when shone through with light, or stained glass. It posessed quite the deep symbolism (of which I almost cried ;w;). I have to admit, the lineart seemed a bit stiff in some areas, and that the trees were unusually straight. Other than that, it's beautiful! I'm really sorry you didn't get into the top 6 as you hoped for, but you still did amazing!

8th Place: Just A Otaku Girl (Prize: Not Given Yet) Just A Otaku Girl's artwork was so cute! The addition of the characters must've been quite hard, as calligraphy can be quite a difficult challenge to master, especially in a different culture. The characters and lineart were well drawn. However, the background was not given as much attention, and even seemed to swallow the majority of the characters. However, I'm sure that if I had kept that extra week (or two I believe), this wouldn't have been a problem.

9th Place: RomanianPeony (Prize: Not Given Yet) There are no words to explain the adorableness of this art. I noticed how the shadows at his feet were added, which was actually very unique between many other entries! The background could've been given a bit more attention, but I still believe it's quite fitting.

10th Place: Petaya the Ring Tailed Lemur (Prize: Obtained) The quality of this work was quite amazing! Their second piece looked as if they were walking through the pages of a fairytale. However, some critique for this piece is that the fox's pose looked as if he were on his toes, and quite unnatural.

11th Place: Pumpknspicelatte (Prize: Obtained) This piece was so very realistic! This artist added such realistic details down to the eyelashes. However, it seems they rushed the hair, and maybe the halo. This would most likely not have been a problem though if I had given them one or two more weeks to work on their art.

12th Place: Emitlee (Prize: Obtained) Emitlee's piece was very cute! I loved the concept of the artpiece, and the lighting and shading were quite accurate. However, the outline of the piece seemed a bit uneven.

Honorable Mentions:

1st Place: Bunny studios(Prize: Obtained)

Bunny studios incorporated great creativity into her work, which I applaud her for. There were only small flaws in her work as well.

2nd Place: Kawaiilove12 (Prize: Obtained) Despite being pressured by other work and the deadline, Kawaiilove12 managed to finish 2 entries before the contest closed! In fact, she completed both with great skill as well!

To winners and honorable mentions, please comment down below, jam a gram me, write on my message wall, etc. ASAP to discuss times to meet and trade on AJ if your nonmember, simply share your AJ user with me if you're member so I can gift you, etc.

Please don't be angry or offended if you did not place. Everyone's artwork that was submitted was quite wondrous. I would give everyone prizes, but I don't really have much else to offer. On a further note, thank you so much for participating!
